Blake D. Stovall is a registered patent attorney with significant experience preparing and prosecuting utility and design patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. While experienced with technologies across numerous domains, Blake has extensive professional experience working as a software engineer, allowing him to leverage a unique depth of knowledge when helping to protect your software and hardware-related innovations. Blake also has experience negotiating and drafting patent license agreements and performing patent searches.

Blake graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and from the University of Houston Law Center in 2011, where he won the IPIL Co-Director’s Award for the best Intellectual Property-related paper.
