Locations

We are a distributed law firm with attorneys throughout the United States, primarily located in Texas, Missouri, and Minnesota. Employees work from home and use a variety of applications for online collaboration and state-of-the-art workflow management. We provide software, hardware, and telecommunication services to enable a remote workforce. We enjoy occasionally traveling to meet our clients or coordinate firm initiatives.

Open Positions

Associate Patent Attorney/Agent: We are looking for experienced patent attorneys or agents to handle patent preparation and prosecution. This position requires a working knowledge of domestic and foreign patent law. Attorneys or agents should have a strong technical background in electrical engineering or computer science. Superior written and verbal communication skills are required. USPTO registration is required for this position. Writing samples and references will be requested before an offer is made.

Patent Paralegal: This position requires an organized individual with strong computer skills. Our paralegals are responsible for managing data entry, generating shells, and coordinating work schedules with a team of patent professionals. Ideal candidates will have a background understanding of patent law and paralegal duties, as well as a willingness to learn new systems. Candidates must be capable of working remotely and managing their time effectively to meet expectations.

Support Staff: As our firm grows, we may add positions to assist attorneys, agents, and paralegals with operational tasks related to docketing, filing, or billing. These positions are added as-needed and ideal for candidates looking for professional development towards paralegal or human resources roles.

Hiring Process
