Experience includes preparing and prosecuting patents in the electrical and mechanical arts in various technological areas including: telecommunications (both packet switched and circuit switched), medical, thermal insulation, HVAC, agricultural and food processing equipment, and software implementations. Additional experience includes: preparing patentability opinions, patent validity analysis, preparing trial motions and briefs, claim analysis, reexamination proceedings and the acquisition and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights.
